  主要原因是hd磁粉中的富钕相较脆，在球磨时容易被磨成超细粉而造成过量流失和使磁体烧结不够致密；另外一个原因是hd法烧结磁体的易磁化轴的取向度较低，为了提高hd磁体的b _ r和( bh ) _ ( max )可对hd工艺进行改进，改进的方法可以是用铸片代替铸锭，提高成型磁场强度以及在磁粉成型前加富钕相和润滑剂。
